Chef Judson Brings Holiday Cheer to the Harvey Family with his Signature Hot Chocolate Recipe.
Harvey’s Holiday Creamy Hot Chocolate

2 cups Vanilla Almond Milk, Unsweetened
1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
1/2 cup Hot Water
1/4 cup Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Ghirardelli White Chocolate Chips
1 cup Ghirardelli Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 1/2 teaspoon, Cinnamon
2 teaspoon, Pure Vanilla Extract
6-8 shots Amarula Cream Liquor
In a pot, heat the milk and cream over medium temperature and slowly add your chocolate chips. Stir them in making sure the chocolate melts evenly. Do not burn the milk or chocolate. All of the chocolate should melt. Add your spices, vanilla and stir.
Pour a shot of Amarula Cream Liquor to eat mug after the hot chocolate has been ladled.
Top with whipped cream and a cinnamon stick.
