Guiltless Lemon-Blueberry Cake Milkshake

This milkshake does not disappoint, offering all of the flavor and decadence of a traditional shake, but without all the fat, sugar and calories. Infusing two summer favorites including lemon and blueberries make for a perfect marriage. Substituting ice cream for frozen bananas and avocado is genius.


Guiltless Lemon-Blueberry Cake Milkshake

Cooking Instructions
  • 1 cup light coconut milk

    1/2 cup frozen blueberries

    1 cup frozen banana, peeled and cubed

    1/2 teaspoon fresh grated lemon zest

    1 teaspoon lemon juice

    1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

    1 teaspoon honey

    2 tablespoons crushed vanilla wafer cookies

  • In a high-powered blender, combine all ingredients except for vanilla wafer cookies. Blend until thick, rich and creamy.

    Top with crushed vanilla wafer cookies and fresh lemon zest and berries
