Mango Lassi Drink
A perfect drink for the summer time, this authentic Indian beverage is like a mango smoothie! The sweet mango’s paired with creamy yogurt and toped with cinnamon, is perfection in a glass.

Mango Lassi Drink

Serves: 2-4
Preparation Time: 10-15 minutes

1 3/4 cup ripe mangos, frozen
2 cups Greek vanilla yogurt
1 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup reduced fat milk
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Keeping the cinnamon for garnish, add all ingredients to blender (excluding the cinnamon) to a blender and puree until smooth and creamy.
Pour into chilled glasses and top with cinnamon.
