Bloody Mary Margarita

Preparation Time: 5 minutes


Cooking Instructions
  • 1 1/2 cups tequila (use your favorite)

    3/4 cup Triple Sec

    3/4 cup fresh lime juice

    1/3 cup blood orange juice

    3-4 tablespoons CHEF BLEND Hot Sauce (depending on spice tolerance)

    4 tablespoons sugar (for sugar rim)

    8 cups ice cubes

    cut limes for garnish

  • In a large pitcher, combine tequila, lime juice, triple sec, 2 tablespoons sugar, juice of blood orange and CHEF BLEND Hot Sauce.

    Add ice cubes and stir until fully dissolved and cold.

    To serve, wet the rim of margarita glasses with water and rim with remaining sugar. Using a strainer, pour margarita into class and garlic with lime.
